Amber St. Germain of Empress University loving creates a safe space to lead an embodied prayer dance form informed by both Kashmiri Shiva Dance or Tandava and Tantric Dance of Feminine Power. No experience necessary. New Dancers arrive at 6:00 for an overview. All dancers gather at 6:30 for meditation, intention setting, breath practice, and warm up. Finally, each dancer has the option to be witnessed in a sacred movement circle.
